Implementation Consultant

About The Role

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant [LOS] to work closely with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with customers.
• Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure product workflows and coordinate integrations as per client needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, solution outlines, and configuration details.
• Support UAT, address gaps, and ensure smooth go-live and transition.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.
• Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
