About The Role

A reputed multispecialty hospital in Mumbai is looking for dedicated and patient-focused ICU Medical Officers / Resident Doctors to join its Critical Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in ICU settings
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations
• Assist consultants and intensivists during critical procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatment protocols
• Coordinate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care
• Ensure smooth patient handovers during shift transitions
• Communicate patient condition updates to attendants as per hospital protocols
• Follow ICU protocols, infection control standards, and ethical medical practices
  
  

• Knowledge of ICU protocols and emergency care management
• Ability to handle patient monitoring systems and life support equipment
• Basic airway management and emergency stabilization skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in critical situations
  
  

• MBBS / BAMS / BHMS qualification
• Prior ICU Training is mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency departments
• Valid MMC or respective council registration preferred
