You will be aligned with our Marketing Operations vertical, supporting data enablement for reporting, dashboarding, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and social, digital analytics services.

• 2-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics engineering, reporting data support, or data pipeline support.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joins, transformations, aggregations, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting ETL,ELT processes, recurring data feeds, scheduled jobs, and data refresh cycles. What are we looking for?
• Understanding data warehousing, data lake concepts and working with large structured datasets.
• Ability to perform source-to-target reconciliation, data completeness checks, duplicate checks, and exception validation.
• Experience preparing dashboard-ready datasets, reporting tables, semantic layers, or BI data models.
• Working knowledge of BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support data pulls, transformations, pipeline checks, and data validation activities.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, data refreshes, and recurring data feeds; flag pipeline failures, delays, or anomalies.
• Assist with reconciliation, source-to-target checks, data completeness checks, and dashboard dataset readiness.
• Prepare and maintain dashboard-ready datasets, reporting data models, and recurring extracts for analytics teams.
• Support issue investigation for data discrepancies, failed refreshes, missing data, or inconsistent reporting outputs.
• Partner with reporting, campaign analytics, and audience segmentation teams to understand data requirements and dependencies.
• Maintain documentation for data extracts, transformation logic, validation checks, recurring process steps, and known data issues.
• Escalate data quality, access, or pipeline issues to relevant platform, data engineering, or client teams as per agreed process.
