Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

 Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the offer-to-joining process.

 Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

HR Operations & Data Management

 Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and HR databases.

 Oversee attendance & leave management.

 Maintain recruitment trackers, HR trackers, and dashboards.

 Prepare regular MIS reports for management.

Employee Engagement & Relations

 Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

 Handle employee queries, grievances, and escalate issues when required.

 Ensure adherence to HR policies and support policy implementation.]

Payroll & Compliance

 Manage end-to-end payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary processing.

 Assist with statutory documentation and compliance support.

 Handle full and final settlements, exit interviews, and exit documentation.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

 Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and external vendors.

 Collaborate with internal teams to support HR requirements and initiatives.
