The Manager – Human Resources Systems will ensure the delivery of planned Human Resources (HR) initiatives across regions, aligning with objectives and promised value. Additionally, this role involves partnering with Information Technology team and vendors to integrate industry innovations, supporting HR systems implementation, delivering SAP SuccessFactors training, and providing technical assistance on HR system applications.

HR Technology and Digitization Initiatives

  • Lead digitization initiatives for HR processes, focusing on optimizing and automating workflows.
  • Maintain HR systems and manage HR IT project migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee the selection, planning, and implementation of HRIS/HRMS solutions, including fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and other platforms within the business.

Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage all aspects of HRMS/ERP project implementation, from business process definition to configuration, unit testing, user testing support, production migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of HR technology and process deliverables, specifically within HRIS, SAP, and AI-powered HR chatbot platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute rollouts and customizations of HR systems as needed.
  • Actively identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance overall HR efficiency.

Functional Expertise, Support, and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide functional expertise, guidance, reporting, and support to the HR team, presenting SAP SF functionalities as needed.
  • Deliver training and primary-level support globally, serving as an advisor on new developments and system solutions for HR-related processes.
  • Investigate and resolve daily bugs or issues, while continuously identifying areas to improve operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. For more detailed explanation, follow the ABMS manual.

Education

  • Masters/postgraduate or global equivalent degree in Human Resources.

Experience

  • 5-8 Years experience using the relevant or any other SF/ HRIS Application.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors as an admin user, with experience in implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Gen AI, along with the ability to understand complex organizational structures and work with analytical tools.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with vendors to resolve region-specific business queries.
