We are looking for a hands on HR Manager to lead HR operations and people initiatives across India within the dynamic world of freight forwarding and logistics.



What You’ll Do

  • Own the complete employee lifecycle - From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits, you’ll manage all HR operations for our workforce in India.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business - Support managers across operations, sales, and support functions with pragmatic HR solutions and people guidance.
  • Drive recruitment & workforce planning - Lead hiring for logistics and freight forwarding roles, partner with recruitment agencies, and support growth demands.
  • Manage employee relations & engagement - Handle HR queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters while fostering a positive, engaged work culture.
  • Ensure statutory compliance - Oversee compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.) and manage audits and inspections.
  • Support compensation & performance processes - Coordinate payroll inputs, annual reviews, incentives, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Strengthen HR processes & policies - Continuously improve HR practices, documentation, and systems aligned with business and compliance needs.



What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Strong hands on knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience supporting both white collar and operational / frontline roles.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solution oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA / Master’s preferred)
