HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the HR team. This is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

What will you do?

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist in onboarding new joiners and creating a seamless employee experience.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
• Help draft HR communications, announcements, and other employee-related content.
• Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and administrative tasks.
• Work on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives that contribute to building a great workplace.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative environment.
