As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts by posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration.
  • Manage employee relations issues by providing counsel and resolving conflicts.
  • Administer performance management processes to drive employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update human resources policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Conduct HR audits and prepare reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Organize employee training and development programs to boost job skills and performance.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing inquiries.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Maintain employee records accurately and securely in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least three years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory for team collaboration.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications for data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
