- The client is a leading global consumer goods organization with a strong portfolio of iconic brands and a legacy of over a century.
- In India, their Global Capability Center plays a critical role in driving innovation, business excellence and talent development across diverse functions.
- The role involves partnering with business leaders in the Digital & Technology function to define and deliver strategic talent priorities.
- Key responsibilities include driving performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness, while also supporting change management, employee engagement and recruitment for critical roles.
- The ideal candidate is a decisive HR leader with strong HRBP experience in Technology functions, bringing 10-12 years of expertise overall (including min 5+ years in HRBP roles) within GCCs or multinational FMCG organizations in Mumbai or Pune.
- Experience in Indian companies or conglomerates will not be considered.
