Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – SPC West to drive sales, key account management, business development, and revenue growth across the West region. Candidates should have strong Mumbai market knowledge and relevant experience in Industrial Gases, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive business growth across the assigned territory.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and customer acquisition.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  
• Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies.
  
• Lead negotiations and close business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
  
• Drive revenue growth and territory profitability.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Industrial Sales / Commercial Sales / Business Development.
  
• Experience in Industrial Gases, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Process Industry preferred.
  
• Strong exposure to Key Account Management, Territory Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Revenue Growth.
  
• Strong Mumbai/West market knowledge is mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
  
• Relocation candidates will not be considered due to the requirement for strong local market knowledge.
