Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Sales to spearhead DoubleTick’s revenue growth and lead our next phase of expansion across India and the Middle East.

 This role demands a strategic, data-driven sales leader who can build, scale, and lead a high-performing team — driving both direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.





Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own the Sales Strategy: Design and execute DoubleTick’s go-to-market and revenue strategy across India and international markets.
  • Lead & Scale the Sales Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization focused on acquisition, retention, and upsell.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through enterprise and mid-market customer acquisition.
  • Channel & Partner Development: Identify and nurture key partnerships to expand DoubleTick’s footprint and accelerate adoption.
  • Forecasting & Performance: Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, track KPIs, and drive operational excellence using CRM analytics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to WhatsApp Business API and CRM solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless customer journey and feedback loop.
  • Strategic Leadership: Represent DoubleTick at key client meetings, industry forums, and events to build visibility and credibility.





  • What You Bring
    • 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS / CRM / MarTech / Communication Platform sales.
    • Proven record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, especially in tech-driven environments.
    • Experience in building and managing partner/channel ecosystems.
    • Strong data orientation — comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort working in an agile, fast-scaling startup.
