About the role

DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing/ Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing function. This role requires a strategic marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing within the CRM, ERP, MarTech, or CPaaS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an all-round marketer with expertise across event marketing, product marketing, and performance marketing, capable of driving brand growth, demand generation, market positioning, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
• Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.

2. Event Marketing

• Own and execute the company’s event marketing strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner events, and executive roundtables.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through impactful event programs.
• Measure event effectiveness and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
• Build relationships with industry associations, partners, and event organizers.

3. Product Marketing

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise customers.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and new market initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to strengthen product positioning.
• Enable sales teams with compelling collateral, presentations, case studies, and sales tools.

4. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
• Utilize analytics and marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.

5. Brand & Enterprise Marketing

• Strengthen brand visibility and market presence within target enterprise segments.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth and market expansion.
• Create thought leadership initiatives to establish the company as an industry leader.

Ideal candidate

• MBA from a reputed business school (strongly preferred).
• B.Tech or equivalent technical degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong career growth trajectory.
• Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in B2B environments.
• Prior experience in CRM, ERP, MarTech, CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.
