About Granary

Granary is the technology and operational backbone powering Reliance Retail’s grocery ecosystem. It enables inventory management, replenishment, fulfillment, supply chain operations, merchandising, pricing, store operations, customer experiences, and omnichannel commerce across JioMart and grocery retail channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive delivery excellence, business transformation, and platform execution for Granary.

This role will lead large-scale business-critical initiatives spanning supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, commerce, store operations, and customer experience platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with retail domain expertise, product mindset, and the ability to influence senior business stakeholders.

The leader will be responsible for translating business priorities into scalable platform capabilities while ensuring operational excellence, predictable execution, and measurable business outcomes.

What will you do at Fynd?

Business & Transformation Leadership

• Partner with Reliance Retail business leaders to define and execute strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive modernization and optimization across grocery operations and digital commerce capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity, fulfillment efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Translate business objectives into executable platform roadmaps.
  
  

Delivery Leadership

• Own delivery of strategic programs across the Granary ecosystem.
• Establish governance frameworks and delivery operating models.
• Ensure programs meet quality, timeline, budget, and business outcome commitments.
• Drive Agile and product-centric ways of working.
  
  

Product & Platform Execution

• Collaborate with Product leadership to shape platform capabilities.
• Drive alignment between business priorities and platform investments.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Enable platform scalability, resilience, and operational readiness.
  
  

Required

Some Specific Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Delivery, Transformation, Product, or Program Leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail, grocery, supply chain, commerce, or omnichannel ecosystems.
• Experience managing multi-team, multi-vendor programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Grocery retail domain experience.
• Experience with inventory, fulfillment, supply chain, or commerce platforms.
• Product management exposure.
• Experience in platform modernization initiatives.
