• Create learning content and resources that employees can use easily.
• Track participation and outcomes to understand what is working well.
• Plan employee engagement activities that encourage connection and involvement.
• Keep employee experience and learning plans aligned with business priorities.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience building employee experience initiatives in financial services
• Experience creating and delivering learning programmes.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and feedback approaches.
• Ability to turn business needs into clear learning plans.
• Confidence using data to review programme outcomes.
