Job Description

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Head of Business Platforms will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide business platform strategy across the group.

Key Responsibilities Include

Develop and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for business platforms across manufacturing, commercial, customer, and enterprise functions.

Lead digital transformation initiatives spanning Industry 4.0, digital twins, connected operations, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled business processes.

Drive the adoption of customer, commerce, CRM, CDP, and data platforms to enhance customer experience and commercial effectiveness.

Establish scalable enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities that enable better decision-making and business performance.

Partner with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize digital use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Build and govern a portfolio of strategic platform investments, ensuring value realization across multiple businesses.

Drive platform modernization, ecosystem partnerships, innovation initiatives, and emerging technology adoption.

Lead large cross-functional teams comprising business, product, technology, and transformation professionals.

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, business heads, and external partners.

Create a high-performance culture focused on innovation, execution excellence, and business impact.

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory experience at Partner / Senior Partner / Managing Partner level within a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications preferred.

20+ years of experience in digital transformation, business technology, enterprise platforms, or technology consulting.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs for industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, consumer, or diversified conglomerate clients.

Strong expertise across digital transformation, Industry 4.0, enterprise platforms, data & analytics, AI, customer platforms, and operating model transformation.

Proven ability to influence board-level stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Experience managing large teams and complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Strong commercial acumen combined with a strategic and execution-oriented mindset.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.
