Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and manage campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
• Identify and onboard strategic partners, including tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and hospitality brands for co-marketing initiatives.
• Build revenue-generating collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.
• Explore new customer acquisition channels and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and present actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  
  

• Has 2-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or business development.
• Has experience in the travel, hospitality, tourism, events, or related industries (preferred).
• Thinks strategically and can independently plan and execute marketing initiatives.
• Has strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Is commercially driven with a focus on business growth and measurable results.
