Responsibilities

• Design innovative graphics for digital and print media, following brand guidelines meticulously.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for a variety of platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
• Review and improve final designs, ensuring they meet the project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, enhancing our content’s creative edge.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to align on project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Maintain a digital archive of all project files and resources for future reference.
• Manipulate and enhance images, video, and motion graphics as needed.
• Provide creative feedback to junior designers and guide them as required.
• Work with copywriters to produce the final design, integrating feedback and adjustments.
• Ensure the technical quality and consistency of all graphics and video outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing within a creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic and video editing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
