PURPOSE

The Purchasing Graduate will support the MEA Purchasing function with all aspect of Purchasing engagements and activities within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost analysis and maintenance of vendor quotations
• Supporting SOT requisitions
• Handling NDA submittals and Log through checkbox
• Suppliers reactivation/ deboarding requests: coordinate with masterdata team
• Gathering HW Datasheets
• Maintain suppliers contact up to date.
• Sourcing support and request for quotations for MEA sites
• Maintenance of MEA Purchasing database

• Quotation tracker
• Project tracker
• Supplier records
• Support Supplier on-boarding process
• Purchasing contracts management
• Facilitate compliance to Purchasing policy and processes
  
  

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

• Keen interest in the field of Procurement
• Exposure to Procurement processes, systems and tools
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office suites with focus on MS Excel
  
  

PROFESSION COMPETENCIES

• Self-starter, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Positive mindset, proactive, resourceful, critical thinker and problem-solver with good communication skills
  
  

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate in the field of Business and Finance.
