As our Founding Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting the foundation of our technology stack, shaping our engineering culture, and turning a v0.1 vision into a category-defining product.

You’ll work directly with the founders to solve deep technical challenges at the intersection of distributed systems and cybersecurity.

What You’ll Do

• 0 to 1 Development: Build, launch, and iterate on our core product from scratch. You’ll own the entire lifecycle from napkin sketch to production.
• Architect for Scale: Design distributed systems that are resilient, performant, and secure by default.
• Security-First Engineering: Implement robust security protocols, identity management, or encrypted data pipelines.
• Product Ownership: Bridge the gap between "technical feasibility" and "user delight." You’ll talk to early customers and translate their pain points into features.
• Culture Setting: Help us define our CI/CD patterns, testing philosophies, and who we hire next.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• The 3–5 Year Sweet Spot: You’ve spent enough time in the industry to know what "good" looks like, but you’re still hungry to build every day.
• 0 to 1 Veteran: You’ve been part of a seed-stage team or have built and shipped your own side projects/startups.
• Systems Thinker: You have a deep understanding of distributed systems (concurrency, consistency models, microservices) and how to keep them secure.
• Cybersecurity Mindset: You dont treat security as an afterthought. You understand the OWASP Top 10, zero-trust architecture, or cloud security fundamentals.
• Polyglot & Pragmatic: You care more about solving the problem than the specific language, though we currently use Rust, TypeScript, AWS.
