Job Purpose

The role bearer has the responsibility to prepare and establish various financial analyses, opportunities quantifications, financial projections and capital adequacy calculations in order to provide management with all required financial data, with utmost accuracy, timeliness, and within set standards and guidelines. The role holder is expected to maintain the MIS system and generate periodical analytical reports to facilitate decision making. The role includes liaising with different functions whenever financial analysis support is requested and perform ad-hoc financial analysis requested by senior management to support informed decision making.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the accounting operations
• Review of IGAAP financial statements and Notes to accounts
• Review of Various source systems and highlighting the issues, if any
• Publishing the financial results as per LODR
• Coordination with Statutory and Internal auditors
• Timely closure of books of accounts with completeness and accuracy
• Supervise the activities of the accounting staff (AP & AR)
• Maintaining and reconciling the fixed assets of the entity
• Securitization (Direct assignment and PTC) related accounting transaction w.r.t completeness and correctness
• Internal financial controls related to finalization of accounting statements
• Adherence to the prevailing RBI/NHB, Companies Act regulations w.r.t finalization of accounts
• Adherence of budgetary controls w.r.t opex and Capex
• Treasury back office related activities
• Accounting manual
