Key Responsibilities

Expertise in:

1. Accounting and Financial Planning

2. FAR reconciliation with Books of Accounts.

3. Budgeting

4. Account scrutiny & Analysis

5. Monthly MIS

6. Management Reporting

7. Audit Handling

Activities to be handled:

• Timely closure and presentation of monthly MIS to management with analysis.

• Maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for all asset additions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.

• Performing periodic reconciliation of FAR with the Books of Accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of asset records.

• Providing detailed analysis of variance in Budget vs Actuals.

• Timely & accurate billing including follow up with Landlords, Vendors for outstanding clearance and NDCs.

• Handling vendor / client related queries and reconciliations, payments etc.

• Close co-ordination and follow up with Accounts/Finance & vendors for billing data.

• Close interaction with Internal and Statutory Auditors and ensuring closure of audits on time.

• Handling a team of 6-7 accounts payable & invoicing.
