Job Summary – Finance Controller

We are Hiring for a University in Mumbai

• The Finance Controller will oversee critical financial operations, including cost control, stakeholder management, compliance, audits
• financial reporting, and strategic planning. The role ensures accuracy of financial statements, adherence to statutory regulations
• process improvements, and overall financial health of the university. The position reports directly to the CFO and acts as a strategic
• partner in driving financial performances

Key Responsibiliti

• VAT, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Expertise in financial reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirement
• Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Tally
• Strong knowledge of VAT, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Expertise in financial reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements

Education

8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

• Experience in educational institutions or large organizations preferred
• .Proven experience in financial reporting, audit management, taxation, compliance, and ERP implementation.High attention to detail and accuracy.
