Field Specialist- V

We are seeking an experienced Field Specialist V to perform advanced field operations, manage well-site activities, and provide technical expertise across services and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, leading field teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Execute end-to-end field operations including planning, mobilization, execution, and reporting
• Operate, test, and maintain equipment in line with company standards
• Analyze field data to recommend solutions and optimize service delivery
• Perform engineering checks, calculations, and technical assessments on-site
• Manage installation of complex tools and equipment (senior-level responsibility)
• Ensure timely submission of job reports, service tickets, and documentation
  
  

• Act as the primary on-site interface with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve operations
  
  

• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior field personnel
• Coordinate crew activities and ensure effective execution at site
  
  

• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards
• Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analysis, and reporting
• Maintain safe working conditions and equipment standards
• Support root cause analysis and failure investigations
  
  

• Manage inventory and field supplies effectively
• Collaborate with repair & maintenance teams on equipment failures
• Be available on a 24/7 on-call basis as required
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of field operations and equipment handling
  
  

• Technical certification from a recognized vocational or technical institute
  
  

• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, or pneumatics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and perform technical calculations
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Time management and decision-making skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Physically capable of handling field-based work requirements
