Job Description

Preparing Cash flows for the entire group entities within the agreed timelines. Ensuring that all payments has been facilitated, collections are being received in the bank accounts as per the forecast. Planning to maintain minimum idle balance in the bank a/c. Sharing the variance report with the business for alignment.
Execution of investments transactions in Mutual funds & Fixed deposits, etc within the agreed deadlines.
Timely submission of forex currency & commodity confirmations to banks.
Arranging bank/ investments confirmation & maintaining records for Audit purpose.
Support business in issuance of Bank guarantee, Letter of credit, GR waiver with banks & co-ordinating with stakeholders on any queries.
Ancillary transaction banking activities like REKYC, arranging bank statements, handling queries related to payments, etc.
preparing MIS reports in treasury, FD interest accrual, MTM report, bank charges, Idle balance reports, etc
Assisting in automation of activities, reports for process excellency.
