About The Role
As Executive/Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for mastering data management for GT distribution and discontinued SKUs, driving continuous improvement on the O9 planning platform, and building analytical capabilities to support Primary Logistics and SLOB/liquidation activities. As the distribution network evolves and system complexity grows, your position will also be pivotal in anchoring data integrity, operational visibility, and decision-support across the function.
Key responsibilities
- GT distribution & master data management
- Own and manage master data for GT distribution channels, including discontinued SKU lifecycle management
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance across all relevant systems
- Transition data management activities into a structured, sustainable process
- Coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to reflect real-time changes in the distribution master data
- O9 platform – Data management, logic & testing
- Manage data inputs, configurations, and business logic within the O9 planning platform
- Conduct rigorous testing of O9 system outputs and validate planning assumptions against ground realities
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality on O9 and assess downstream impact on planning outputs
- Partner with the O9 implementation and business teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Primary logistics – Data analytics & automation
- Consolidate and own analytics related to Primary Logistics
- Build automated reporting and tracking mechanisms
- Provide actionable insights to support logistics planning, cost optimisation, and service levels
- SLOB analysis & liquidation support
- Lead analysis on Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory to identify risks and liquidation opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track SLOB metrics, ageing inventory, and liquidation progress
- Work closely with commercial and supply planning teams to recommend and execute liquidation strategies
- Dashboard development & reporting
- Build and maintain operational dashboards across key supply chain metrics (logistics, SLOB, O9 outputs, distribution)
- Standardise reporting templates and ensure timely, accurate reporting to senior stakeholders
- Proactively identify gaps in data visibility and propose solutions to address them
- Regional warehouse (RWH) network revalidation
- Support the revalidation of Regional Warehouse locations in light of changes in the distribution network
- Analyse network data to assess efficiency, coverage, and optimisation opportunities for RWH positioning
- Prepare data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decisions on warehouse footprint
Who are we looking for?
Education
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, data management, or logistics analytics
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory) for master data and transactional data management
- Working knowledge of O9 Solutions or similar supply chain planning platforms is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modelling)
- Experience with SLOB management, inventory analytics, or liquidation processes is a strong advantage
Skills
- Skilled in data visualisation and dashboards, logistics and distribution analytics, and master data governance
- Strong communication skills — ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Effective stakeholder management — comfortable working across cross-functional teams including commercial, logistics, and planning
- Structured problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset
- High ownership and accountability — ability to transition informal processes into formalised workflows
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
