The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Executive / Senior Executive - Marketing to support brand growth across new product launches, e-commerce, creatives, packaging and influencer marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Drive NPD launches — briefs, timelines, sampling, packaging and launch readiness.
• Manage e-commerce content across Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and D2C.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate with design teams/agencies for campaigns.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork, claims and vendor execution.
• Manage influencer campaigns — creator selection, briefs, dispatches, content approvals and tracking.
• Track competitor activity, category trends and consumer insights.
• Maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, budgets and day-to-day brand operations.
  
  

• 1–3 years of marketing experience; beauty, personal care, FMCG or e-commerce preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, makeup and consumer trends.
• Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• A clear communicator with solid working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, works well under launch-week pressure and follows through to closure.
