Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support integration within SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration API management). Basis knowledge of SAP modules database to handle errors, O data services, RFC connectivity etc.
• Troubleshoot failed message processing errors, and connectivity issues
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Support interfaces between SAP systems (like SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.
• Work with business and functional teams to understand integration issues
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations
• Support transport management across environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
  
  

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI
• Knowledge of:
• iFlows (Integration Flows)
• Adapters (SFTP, SOAP, OData, REST, RFC)
• Understanding of APIs and API Management
• Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules (especially SAP S/4HANA)
• Monitoring tools and error handling techniques
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• SAP certification in Integration Suite (optional but valuable)
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration architecture

• Ability to work in a support environment (in shifts if required, 6 day week)
