Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support integration within SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration API management). Basis knowledge of SAP modules database to handle errors, O data services, RFC connectivity etc.
- Troubleshoot failed message processing errors, and connectivity issues
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Support interfaces between SAP systems (like SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand integration issues
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations
- Support transport management across environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI
- Knowledge of:
- iFlows (Integration Flows)
- Adapters (SFTP, SOAP, OData, REST, RFC)
- Understanding of APIs and API Management
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (especially SAP S/4HANA)
- Monitoring tools and error handling techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- SAP certification in Integration Suite (optional but valuable)
- Experience with cloud platforms and integration architecture
Soft Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a support environment (in shifts if required, 6 day week)
- Problem-solving mindset
