Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure SAP modules as per business needs.
• Support SAP implementation and rollout projects.
• Provide functional support for SAP issues and incidents.
• Perform system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support).
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
• Assist in data migration and system upgrades.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLAs.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in all/most modules of SAP Business One.
• Experience in support/implementation projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and integration points.
• Basic knowledge of SAP configuration and documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
