As an Executive - PM , you will be responsible for understanding our clients roadmap, preparing and understanding documents, managing internal stakeholders, and ensuring successful project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Project Head and Project Coordinator to thoroughly understand the clients roadmap and project objectives.
• Prepare understanding documents based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Manage internal stakeholders, including the Product andQualityAssurance (QA)teams,to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the account.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery of newproducts,including successful pilots of new features, defining success metrics with clients and product teams.
• Supervise client health to ensure client satisfaction, conducting weekly meetings (GTMs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), monitoring feature stability projects, and closing the loop on email communications.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of both the Product Database and the clients database for seamless integrations and data management.
• Demonstrate 100% clarity on API use cases, utilizing tools like Postman and Console for debugging purposes.
  
  

Who Were Looking For

• Atleast 1 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical skills ensuring end to deliveries for new product modules.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in API integration concept and SQL queries
• Knowledge of commercial implications and financial aspects related to project delivery.
• Experience in managing teams and driving employee development.
