Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly driven NPD professional to own and manage end-to-end product

development for our Purplle’s Private Label portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing

networks and bringing new products to life - from concept to launch - while ensuring speed and

quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation Development
• Coordinate with R&D teams and external vendors to finalize formulations that fit within
  
  

• Evaluate textures, efficacy, and ensure alignment with product claims
• Testing and approving samples
• Visit vendors and close the final PPS
• Packaging Development
• Identify, select, and validate primary & secondary packaging that fit within the cost brief
• Conduct filled checks and transit trials to ensure compatibility and quality
• Visit vendors for online proofing
• Artwork Development & Compliance
• Draft on-pack claims and product details for artworks after formulation lock, following brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct legal checks and validate artwork dimensions and print files
• Prepare artworks for costing and production
• Costing & Approvals
• Evaluate formulation and packaging costs
• Drive internal approvals with brand managers and category teams
• SKU Creation & System Management
• Generate EAN codes and create SKUs codes across internal catalogue management
  
  

• Artwork Finalization & Proofing
• Ensure on-time final packaging artwork release post all validations
• Review bromide files and approve print proofs before production
• Production & Quality Control
• Monitor multi-batch production samples and ensure consistency & adherence to quality
  
  

• Inwarding & Launch Readiness
• Manage approvals for stock-inwarding at warehouse locations post launch
• Ensure post launch readiness - SKU created, PDP created before products are delivered
  
  

• Go-Live & Launch Execution
• Ensure seamless go-live of SKUs on the Purplle app
• Performance & Growth Ownership
• Ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness
• Monitor product ratings post launch. Identify key themes from consumer feedback to
  
  

• Detail-oriented to the point where nothing slips through the cracks (you will catch that 0.5 mm artwork shift)
• Strong at building relationships and stakeholder management - you can align vendors,
