Job Title : Executive – Marketing & Operations

Reporting to : Manager - Strategy & New Businesses

Job Purpose

Nilaya Anthology is a design destination in Mumbai offering a curated mix of furniture, art, design objects and cultural experiences.

As an Executive – Marketing & Operations, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, programming events, gallery exhibitions, client engagements, store operations, and administrative activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational processes.

Key responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns and photoshoots, coordinating events and exhibitions, arranging travel and accommodation for guests and invitees, and assisting with store and facility-related operations.

This is an entry-level role suited to a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented candidate who is keen to learn marketing, events, and business operations within a premium retail and design environment.
