Executive - DAV

Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Verification Executive to review field verification reports
• and conduct DAV calls. The candidate should be able to identify discrepancies, assess address genuineness,
• detect potential fraud, and ensure accurate case closures.
  
  

• Review and close Address Verification cases based on field reports.
• Conduct DAV calls and verify candidate residency.
• Identify suspicious cases, inconsistencies, and manipulation attempts.
• Highlight fraud risks and escalate high-risk cases.
• Coordinate with field teams for additional validation when required.
• Ensure quality closures within defined TAT.
  
  

• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Good communication and probing ability.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Experience in BGV, KYC, Fraud Detection, Verification, or Banking Operations preferred.
