We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven professional with 8+ years of experience to support senior leadership in business analysis, operations management, administration, and sales performance tracking. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Director providing data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, supporting business planning, and ensuring smooth executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze business performance data, sales reports, and operational metrics.
Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for leadership.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
Support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
Provide insights to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and productivity.
Executive & Strategic Support
Prepare business presentations, board reports, and analytical briefs.
Support leadership with decision-making data and performance evaluations.
Track key initiatives and ensure follow-ups on strategic goals.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
Operations Management
Monitor operational workflows and process efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
Support budgeting, procurement tracking, and cost control measures.
Sales & Business Performance Support
Track sales targets, KPIs, and revenue performance.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales performance reports.
Assist in preparing proposals, pricing analysis, and business cases.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Administrative & Process Oversight
Ensure structured documentation and reporting systems.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for compliance and process alignment.
Implement systems to improve operational transparency and accountability.
Education
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree is must.
Experience
8+ years in Business Analysis, Operations Management, Executive Support, or similar strategic roles.
Experience working closely with senior leadership.
Strong exposure to sales analytics and operational reporting.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
