Job Summary

The Events Program Executive is responsible for comprehensive events coordination across all corporate events and meetings for a key client account. This role requires strategic execution combined with operational excellence, managing cross-functional vendor teams and senior client stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment to deliver seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison with senior client leadership for strategic event planning, stakeholder management, and program communications
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate town halls, leadership visits, conferences, and employee engagement activities
  • Manage multi-vendor coordination across Facilities, Catering, Audio-Visual, Reception, Janitorial, and Engineering teams
  • Process event requests, correspond with clients, and ensure professional service delivery throughout event lifecycle
  • Monitor program performance metrics, SLA compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines for event services
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, optimize costs, and prepare financial reports
  • Analyze event data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
  • Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex event challenges requiring immediate resolution during live events
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure spaces are cleaned, set, and ready to meet corporate standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate event management with proven track record in large-scale event execution
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) with professional presentation abilities
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience in dynamic, high-pressure corporate environments
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management systems
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational capabilities with attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with technology or corporate enterprise clients in integrated facility management environments
