As an Engineer I/II, you will support the commercial team and project managers in delivering efficient, compliant, and value-driven project outcomes. The role involves providing day-to-day operational support, enabling smooth execution of commercial processes, and enhancing user experience through structured guidance.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting commercial and contract management activities.

Your role

  • Provide end-to-end support to UK project managers and stakeholders in drafting and reviewing supply chain and main contracts with accuracy and diligence.
  • Coordinate contract finalization and execution by facilitating reviews with the UK commercial team and project managers, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
  • Support the commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification to project delivery, including:
  • Reviewing RFPs and contracts using AI-enabled tools
  • Facilitating project governance reviews and decision checkpoints
  • Tracking early-stage opportunities and prospects
  • Assist project teams with supplier-related activities, including
  • Supplier onboarding and compliance checks
  • Managing supplier documentation
  • Supporting mini-tenders and supplier selection processes
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Identify potential risks and support implementation of mitigation strategies across the supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all commercial and supply chain activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred with 4-6 years of experience. Master's degree in project management can be added advantage but not mandatory requirement.

  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Exposure to UK-based or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Contract Management are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of commercial operations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
