Responsibilities: - Oversee functional service management operations, handling queries, and simulating cases for bug analysis. - Manage a team of Leads, Specialists, and Professionals to ensure efficient service management operations. - Ensure that functional teams possess in-depth business and product knowledge to address service-related challenges. Knowledge: - Expertise in service management processes, bug analysis, and issue resolution. - In-depth knowledge of business processes and product modules. - Strong understanding of service management strategies and customer experience. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills to guide complex functional teams. - Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve service-related issues. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and clients.
