Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems across high-end real estate developments, ensuring safety, efficiency, and innovation in line with our companys mission.

Qualifications And Skills

• Hands-on experience in electrical design is required, with a deep understanding of all technical standards and regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating detailed electrical layout drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Experience with Revit for electrical modeling and integration within Building Information Modelling environments.
• Solid working knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems for large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Capable of performing comprehensive power studies and analysis using ETAP software for safe and efficient system design.
• Ability to design and optimize power distribution networks to maximize reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in design and execution phases.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and site teams.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  
  

• Develop, review, and optimize electrical designs and layouts for a wide range of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and documentation for project execution and approvals.
• Conduct electrical load calculations, fault level analysis, and cable sizing using specialized software such as ETAP.
• Support implementation of new technologies and sustainable solutions to enhance energy efficiency and project outcome.
• Assist in the review and approval of vendor drawings, material submittals, and manage technical queries during execution.
• Monitor project progress, provide technical support during construction, and ensure timely resolution of on-site electrical engineering issues.
• Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with statutory standards, codes, and internal quality benchmarks.
