Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and related modules.
  • Define integration strategies with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, third‑party applications, and relevant Microsoft services.
  • Oversee data migration strategies leveraging standard CRM tools, Dataverse import capabilities, and supported integration patterns.
  • Implement and guide the use of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across environments, including role-based security, data protection, and environment management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership to CRM teams on configuration, solution design, and customization best practices.Technical Expertise:- Dynamics 365 CRM Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of core modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
    • Experience with configuration and functional customization: entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and solution management.
    • Proficiency with Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
Integration & Connected Systems

  • Understanding of Dataverse, REST APIs, and CRM integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with integration to Business Central and common middleware tools.

Data & Reporting

  • Experience with CRM data modeling, data migration concepts, ETL fundamentals, and data governance.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Security & Compliance

  • Expertise in role-based security, field-level security, auditing, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools within the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or CRM-focused roles.
  • OR Master’s Degree in a related field AND 3+ years relevant experience.
  • OR equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years managing or leading multidisciplinary teams or project workstreams in a client facing role for US side Clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple client projects parallelly.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
