Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Review and update asset descriptions, titles, metadata, tags, and captions during DAM migration.
Ensure migrated content aligns with brand guidelines, content standards, and governance policies.
Support metadata enrichment and cleanup for assets moved from Brandfolder to AEM.
Create and maintain content standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy documentation.
Validate content quality, accuracy, and completeness in AEM Assets.
Collaborate with Product Owners, DAM teams, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Support UAT and post-migration validation from a content perspective.
Assist in creation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials for AEM DAM users.
Identify content gaps, duplicates, and outdated assets and recommend remediation.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a Content Writer, Content Specialist, or Content Analyst.
Strong experience working with digital content and asset libraries.
Understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts and content lifecycles.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience working with metadata, tags, and content classification.
Ability to work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
