We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in converting design concepts and technical specifications into detailed, precise drawings and plans. You will be responsible for supporting engineers, architects, and designers by providing them with accurate representations of their ideas in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional formats. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software based on initial designs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand and interpret project specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations set forth by authorities.
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes or amendments in the project scope.
• Prepare 2D and 3D models for visualization and presentation purposes to stakeholders.
• Conduct field surveys and site visits to gather necessary measurements and data.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates by providing detailed and accurate design drawings.
• Maintain organized records and file management for all produced drawings and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of draft submissions.
• Incorporate feedback from supervisors and clients to enhance the accuracy of drawings.
• Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies and best practices within the industry.
• Provide technical support to the construction team during the project implementation phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate drawings.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role is highly preferred.
