A Document Verification Executive plays a pivotal role in the administrative and operational functions of an organization by ensuring that all documentations are accurate, complete, and in compliance with internal or external requirements. Responsibilities

  • Respond to document verification requests promptly, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Monitor and track process KPIs to identify areas for improvement in documentation procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with external verification agencies.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and verification records as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required.
  • Prior professional experience in document verification or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with document verification techniques and legal compliance is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical for this role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is necessary.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaboration.
