Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. Your role is significant in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. You will leverage your expertise in social media, content creation, and digital analytics tools to build, optimize, and track marketing efforts across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Oversee the social media strategy and ensure audience engagement growth.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Create innovative and engaging content across all digital channels.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Maintain partnerships with digital business partners and vendors.

  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media, Google Adwords, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking capability.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
