How will you fit in the big picture?

The DGM Procurement Manager serves as a strategic business partner to the organization, leading sourcing and procurement strategies across assigned spend categories. This role drives procurement excellence through category management, supplier management, contract negotiations, compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering commercial value and supporting Hershey’s business objectives.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned categories of goods and services.
• Lead market analysis, supplier selection, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and drive supplier management programs.
• Ensure compliance with Global Procurement Policy and company governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, cash flow, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to identify business opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
• Provide procurement expertise, sourcing solutions, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement, digitalization, and automation opportunities.
• Promote ethical business conduct and procurement best practices across the organization.
  
  

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

10–15 years of procurement and sourcing experience with expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, RFX/RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, project management, procurement governance, financial and business acumen, and stakeholder management across multiple categories of goods and services.

Education:

Bachelor Degree or higher.
