Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Market Research: Comprehensive understanding of market needs and customer insights.

2) Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies.

3) Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing products from conception to retirement.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively working with various departments such as R&D, marketing, and sales.

5) Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis to guide product planning and decision-making.

6) Innovation Mindset: Continuously seeking opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Experience

Experience - 13 to15 years

Industry Preferred

Extensive experience in product planning, management, and strategy, preferably on a global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

General Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of tractors and industry standards

2. Proven experience within the tractor or agricultural machinery sector

3. Deep understanding of customer behaviour, preferences, and decision-making factors in product purchases

4. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic product planning
