Deputy General Manager - Business Finance

Job Description

• Partner with the distribution head and manage the entire distribution expenses for IRF
• Preparing the monthly MIS, ensuring the provision are booked, review the expenses against budget and cost optimisation
• Partner with the business heads of Generics
• Ensuring input for driving performance management
• Providing analytics on variance and identifying risk and opportunities
• Enuring timely roll out of all pricing for India region formulation
• preparing calendar , bot and ensuring closure of all price circular
• driving effectivness of OTIF through project stride
• Assisting in NLEM compliance and NPPA repsonses
• Helping in special rates and price list update
• Driving simplifcation acrsoss areas llike Mdevol, Spin App. Ensuring proper controls are in place
• Driving reduction on inventory, control on outstanding debtors and reduction of sales return
• Partner with the business head of Hospital, Institutiuon and Mt
• Provide monthly MIS, prepare the Pnl and also help with ideas to drive business
  

Work Experience

• Somone who had 10 + years of experience in manufacturing industries, pharma will be preferred
• Had worked in areas of FP&A
• Understands distribution cost
• Has partnered with sales and marketing team
• Sound understanding of PnL
  
  

Education

Graduation in Chartered Accountancy or Finance
