• Role                                   : DC Project Manager
• Location                           : Mumbai
• Experience                            : 8+ yrs

Key responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery.

• Good understanding on Infra/ DC program
• Capable to handle multi-dimensional aspects, CXO reviews etc
• Experience on ITSM/ITAM, Incident/Problem/Process/Knowledge
• Financial view of Contract; understanding on growth in Revenue/GM & execution plan
• Team of 50+ handling experience
• Account governance/ understanding on dashboard & reports
• Set & review KPIs of OM/ Ops leads
• Automation with optimization/ delivery excellence
• Billing/Efforts loading towards revenue accrual

Delivery Management

• Client Relationship Management
• Delivery governance across the project

Operational Excellence

• Automation Focus
• Innovation Focus
• Drive and deploy Knowledge Management and sharing 

Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation

• Demand forecasting in line with business requirements 
• Drive 100% compliance on trainings and upskilling requirements 

Good to have :-

• Multi Domain experience.
• Certification  - ITIL 4/PMP/Prince 2 

Mandatory Skills: IT Operations Management .
