Position: Data Scientist

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Data Scientist Lead who brings deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and doesn’t require micromanagement. If youre passionate about solving real-world problems using data and AI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and NLP-driven solutions.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects — from data processing to model deployment.
• Fine-tune and productionize Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning solutions.
• Build robust ML-powered web apps, chatbots, and scalable microservices.
• Work independently under tight deadlines, maintaining high levels of accountability and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and deliver data-driven solutions.
  
  
  

Skills & Expertise Required:

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., sklearn, NLTK, Jupyter).
• Strong experience in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and information retrieval systems.
• Solid understanding of deep learning concepts (word embeddings, CNN, RNN, LSTM).
• Familiarity with productionizing ML solutions, especially ML-powered web applications.
• Hands-on experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Sound understanding of databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc.
• Comfortable in Unix/Linux environments and with developing data processing pipelines.
  
  
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with tools like XGBoost, Keras, or similar ML/DL frameworks.
• Exposure to backend development concepts and integrating ML models with microservices.
