Job Description

Preventia Ventures Private Limited is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our team in Mumbai. As a Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and organizing data within our computer systems. Additionally, you will handle various daily office activities, answer phone calls, and manage emails.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accurately input data into databases and maintain updated records.

Organize and manage files, documents, and other office materials systematically.

Perform routine office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage emails and ensure timely and appropriate responses.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
