As a Data Operations Associate within the Data Operations team, you will analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collect, validate, and use data effectively to define requirements, build reporting, and deliver comprehensive analysis that informs operational outcomes. You will apply advanced technical and problem-solving skills across multiple applications of moderate scope to design metrics reporting and dashboards while ensuring adherence to controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business objectives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
• Implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methods that enable predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Validate data quality through routine checks, cleansing activities, and issue follow-up.
• Monitor industry trends and analytics best practices to strengthen insight generation and reporting approaches.
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Demonstrate experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Apply SQL and programming languages such as Python or R to analyze and transform data.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communicate complex insights effectively to non-technical audiences through written and verbal storytelling.
• Operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Earn a bachelor’s degree.
• Execute query writing and query execution using data analysis tools.
• Obtain certifications in data technology, Agile, or project management applications.
• Demonstrate familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
