Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Ecommerce Team. The role involves working with large datasets, transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven ecommerce decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for ecommerce and business teams.
• Develop effective data models to support reporting and analysis.
• Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Track key ecommerce, sales, and operational metrics and provide regular insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to improve data analysis and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  
  

• Candidates with an Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative background would be preferred.
• Candidates who have worked extensively with large datasets and analytical models will be an advantage.
